Apply for Certification

You are about to complete the online certification application for Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA).
If you have any questions or need help while completing the application please contact technical support here.

MWAA is changing the name of the small business certification program from Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) to Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE). Over the next few weeks you will see updates and changes to the public search directory, applications for certification and re-certification, and other areas of the system to support this new naming convention. This program name change will not impact the dates or other relevant information for any currently certified firms.
